How does the app work?
Please check out the ‘How it Works’ video for details, but it’s pretty simple, like any other social media app, only laser focused on the athletic community.
Who is the app for?
BallaBloc is for athletes, coaches, trainers, teams, agents, scouts, recruiters, therapists, nutritionists, colleges, universities, amateur clubs, fitness enthusiasts, and in general, anyone passionate about sports.
Who are Service Providers?
Service Providers are anyone who provides services for the athletic industry.
Can I turn off ads?
Yes, you can control your advertising preferences via settings.
Can I focus on specific types of profiles when browsing the app?
Yes, you can adjust your browsing experience using the ‘Filter’ feature in the app menu. Additionally, once you’ve pinned profiles of interest, you can browse those profiles via the ‘My List’ feature in the app menu.
How do I earn coins?
You earn coins based on the time you spend browsing in the app, as well as other specific activities that are listed in the ‘My Coins’ section in the app menu.
How do I earn rewards?
Rewards are earned by accumulating a certain number of coins in a given time period, which may be awarded monthly and/or annually.
What are the icons on each profile corner?
The upper left corner icon indicates a profile is an Athlete. The upper right icon indicates a profile is a Service Provider. The upper icons also indicate in-app presence. The lower left icon indicates if you've pinned that profile to 'My List.' The lower right icon indicates if you've verified the profile as legitimate based on your knowledge of the information provided.
